Hi! Thank you for visiting my shop! Below you will find all of my store policies. If you have any questions, please let me know.

Payment

Payment is expected at the time of purchase. Please contact me if you have difficulties paying, so that I can assist you through the payment process.

I accept paypal for payments. It is possible for you pay via paypal without having a paypal account.

Don't like paypal? Don't worry! I can use Google Checkout as an alternative. Please realize that payment through Google Checkout will require me to send you an invoice. As such, it will be a slower process.

Paypal e-checks are accepted, but will take several days to clear. Your order will not ship until the e-check has cleared.

Shipping

All orders will arrive in a small gift box tied with ribbon. I will also include an artist bio, so that the gift recipient (or you!) can learn a little about the handmade nature of their gift.

Ready made items are usually mailed same day or next day. Custom orders will be mailed as they are completed, according to the time-line listed when the purchase was made.

I currently offer first class and priority shipping options through the USPS. When paying through Paypal you can choose how you would like your order shipped. By default your order will ship via first class mail. If you would like priority shipping you will need to select that option during payment through paypal.

I do not offer overnight shipping as an option due to the custom nature of many of my pieces. If you would like to have your order shipped overnight via express mail through the USPS, please contact me to make special arrangements.

INTERNATIONAL customers,
Delivery time with first class mail is usually is 2-3 weeks... sometimes less, sometimes more. Delivery time with priority mail is officially 6-10 days (as stated by the USPS) However, in my experience it often takes 2 full weeks in transit. If you would like a different form of shipping through the USPS, please contact me through email or etsy convo's to make special arrangements. Customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

DOMESTIC customers,
Delivery time with first class shipping is usually 6-10 days. Sometimes less and sometimes more, unfortunately there is no 'standard' time frame. Delivery time with priority shipping is 2-3 days.

Orders will receive an email notification through paypal when I print the shipping label. I usually have orders in the mail the same day that the label is printed.

For domestic packages there will be a delivery confirmation number attached to the email notification. Please note that delivery confirmation is not the same as tracking. The message associated with your delivery confirmation # will not change until a delivery has been attempted.

If you would like to purchase insurance for your package, please let me know within an hour of your purchase.

My official policy is to wait a full month from mailing before declaring a package lost.

Refunds and Exchanges

My return policy is very simple. As a rule I want my customers to be happy customers. I cannot accept returns on custom items. All other returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. You must contact me within a week of receiving your item. Returns will hinge upon the jewelry being shipped back to me in undamaged/original condition.
In the event that you need to return something, always contact me via email before doing anything else. I will do my best to respond to you as quickly as possible. I want you to be happy.

Additional Policies and FAQs

CUSTOM and MADE TO ORDER ITEMS:
Currently I'm completing custom and made to order items within 2 weeks of receiving payment.

Custom orders will be made exactly as discussed through email or as written in the comments section at checkout. Please make sure that you have the correct spelling and the correct size before submitting your order. I cannot accept returns on custom orders. Please allow up to two weeks from when payment is completed for your order to be made.
Occasionally I may have a question about your order, please realize that I cannot begin on the items until I hear back from you. This may affect the time line of your order. Please check your email, as it is my only way of contacting you.
