Shipping: Most orders ship within 24-48 hours. I will ship all orders within a week unless otherwise noted. I currently offer first class, priority, and insured priority shipping through the USPS. I do not offer overnight shipping as an option due to the custom nature of many of my pieces. If you would like to have your order shipped overnight via express mail through the USPS, please contact me through email to make special arrangements.
International customers, I will use international first class shipping (formerly called “airmail”) to ship your orders. If you would like a different form of shipping through the USPS, please contact me through email to make special arrangements.

Returns: My return policy is very simple. As a rule I want my customers to be happy customers. I cannot accept returns on custom items. All other returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will hinge upon the jewelry being shipped back to me at the customer’s expense and in undamaged condition. In the event that you need to return something, always contact me via email before doing anything else. I will do my best to respond to you as quickly as possible. I want you to be happy. Custom Orders: Custom orders will be made exactly as discussed through email or as written in the comments section at checkout. Please make sure that you have the correct spelling and the correct size before submitting your order. I cannot accept returns on custom orders.
